The Coaxsher DR-1 Commander Radio Chest Harness is the pack you need when you need to hold 2 full size radios.  It is very similar to the Coaxsher RCP-1 Pro pack but incorporates pockets for 2 BK/800 MHz radios.  The Commander will also attach to any of the Coaxsher backpacks for full integration.  The main large compartment can hold just about anything you'll need.  It's big enough to hold a iPad mini if the need comes along.  Bottom line is this chestpack is for the person who needs to be a communications hub.
