    LIKE NEW, - no signs of use or wear
    I used it for a week, then got too busy, and now I just don't need it.
    Has INSTEON  add on, not sure how to transfer the license, but If I can I will, as I do not need that
    I had most everything working, only issue I had was I could not get a 3 way switch to work properly UGH, but aside from that everything worked well for me. Is in original box and only had for a month or so.
    I will expedite shipping, and do 2 day but allow me 1 day to package and drop off at UPS
