The Gunfighter Fine Pewter Sculpture by Jim Ponter

Description

The Gunfighter is a pewter sculpture by artist Jim Ponter created in the late 70’s by Franklin Mint as the premiere piece of the early Western Heritage Museum series.  This sculpture renders one of the legendary gunfighters who worked on both sides of the law in the Old West.  He is shown in the split second before firing his trusty .45 caliber.  Statue is approximately 9 inches tall and about 5 lbs.  Title plate on bottom shows inscribed artist’s signature, copyright 1979 and serial number 4192 of 4500.  View images for details.  Comes with Certificate of Authenticity and artist pamphlet.
